How much do I need?
10 Tapes: 5 sandwiches (top up pack)
20 tapes: Fill in application. Add volume to fine hair.
30 tapes: Half head fill in application. Add volume to medium hair.
40 tapes: Full head application. Add length and volume to fine hair. Add volume to medium-thick hair.
50 Tapes: Full head application for those fine hair
60 Tapes: Full head application for those medium hair
70+ Tapes: Full head application for thick hair
